美国正准备切断中国银行与世界其他国家的联系。美国国务卿布林肯将于本周前往中国，要求中国停止向俄罗斯出口军民两用硬件，如果中国不这样做，美国将制裁中国，并切断中国银行与全球金融网络的联系。直到最近，中国一直遵守美国的警告，不向俄罗斯出口武器，但现在他们出口的商业产品也有军事用途。

They’re currently the largest supplier of Russia’s war effort, providing over 30,000 aircraft and weapon parts a month. And the US says that China can’t have it both ways - they can’t claim to be a friend of Europe while fueling the biggest threat to Europe. And for their part Europe is now adjusting its policies to follow the US on sanctions. With US officials saying  “the hope is that we get the Europeans to read China the riot act”. China called the prospect of sanctions for it’s aid to Russia “bullying”

中国目前是俄罗斯最大的战争物资供应商，每月向其提供 3 万多架飞机和武器零部件。美国说，中国不能两头兼顾--他们不能一边声称自己是欧洲的朋友，一边又助长了对欧洲的最大威胁。欧洲方面目前正在调整政策，在制裁问题上追随美国。美国官员说："希望我们能让欧洲人向中国宣读法案"。中国称因援助俄罗斯而受到制裁的前景是 "恃强凌弱"。
