In the UK they stopped giving out descriptions of dangerous people wanted for murder ect because they didn't want to disclose the ethnicity of offenders. So more often than not they allow the public to be in danger because they don't have a photo.

I live in the Caribbean, although we are Independent, we tend to Copy a lot of BRITISH LAW, they do the same thing, most times they will not call the Name, or show a picture of the perpetrator and we have a high crime rate, and very low detection record, I am so annoyed by it all.

The stabbings were linked. The knives both had blades made from steel alloy. Banning steel would make sense.
