As an indian american who came to the us in 1990, i left the us when trump was elected, not because of him being the president but because of the nearly half the population that supported a horrible human being like him (and they still do!).

In jersey you have to serve at least 6 months for a convicted felony to be stripped of gun ownership rights again, like voting laws, gun ownership laws vary from state to state.
