Well, if you think in this way, get your neck ready. China has the right to take care of its own interests first, not that of Mongolia. It was the Mongols who first invaded China and slaughtered millions of Chinese. You should be thankful for being a neighbor of China.

No Chinese wants the poverty country to become a part of China, so that China will use its own tax to improve your quality of life. Just like it is now independent, Mongolia's minerals have to be sold to China because only China has ports can used by Mongolia. China does not need to spend taxes to improve your quality of life. Maybe some Chinese are interested in some of the Russian Far East, but China has no interest in the Republic of Mongolia.
