the reason they got so much money is more than being the ruling party as in top 30 buyers of electoral bonds 14 had ed and CBi behind them. and many others got projects worth thousands of crore. many big companies donated through shell companies. Even if companies didn't wanted to buy electoral bonds the had to because of fear of ed and cbi or making a much big profits due to government tenders
