All these people gathered for 500-2000. 99% of them doesn't even know what CAA actually is ! If people in India are opposing means they have connections in those countries who illegal migrate here and there.

Still our country doesn't deny citizenship to muslims from that country. They can get our citizenship if they have stayed here in India for 11 years and speak any one of the recognised languages in India simple as that.

if you are an Indian citizen you can show your aadhaar, voter id, license, gas slip,Electricity bill , ration card or atleast your parents identity proof or else certificate from your school college. If the said above all things are not with you how the hell are you Indian.

In general, all states are supporting and celebrating the implementation of CAA with open arms. CAA will give citizenship to the refugees who have been languishing in India as illegal immigrants. Actually they were minorities from all religious sects who were terror driven from Bangladesh, Pakistan and Afghanistan by the Muslim majorities, and ran away to find shelter in India.

CAA is not beneficial for local people in East and north-east as these regions are infested with illegal Bangladeshi migrants who are still coming after 71 war. Govt should think about this, giving them citizenship goes against the local people and people who legally migrated after partition and war.

Im not against CAA but the GOI should first look into our own kitchen before lending a hand towards other nationals. I mean, we have lots of homeless people wandering our streets while millions (65 ml in 2019) of people residing in slums.

When we (Indians) go to Canada, the US, the UK, etc. and stay there as citizens, people are proud of it and keep defending us if something happens to an Indian there, but when our country allows other ethnic groups to stay as citizens, we protest.
