There’s no strategy when thousands of nukes on both opposing sides are involved. Especially when many of those nuclear missiles are hypersonic.

Ukraine will get Japanese treatment soon but it would be more severe. Russia might think like USA to show others how serious consequences some one might face if they cross their red lines. I definitely don’t wish for it but seems Ukrainian government or western government not understanding it or ignoring it for their own benefit. They’re not considering Ukrainian life

No Russia is very unlikely to go nuclear. They have an overwhelming advantage in conventional weapons and the western weapons are rather ineffective against the Russian air defenses. Look at Crimea, weren't they allowed to strike inside Crimea with those weapons? Over 2 years later, crimean bridge, military bases, and power plants are all intact due to frequent interceptions and relatively small amount of those relatively inferior, but exhorbitant expensive, long range missiles

I think it's worth pointing out that Russia has a lot more long range missiles than Ukraine does. Russia has produced so many Iskandar Missiles that now every single Battalion has it's own Iskandar unit attached to them and can use them as they see fit. On average the Russians have used 2 or 3 Iskandar missiles every single day since the Ukrainians invaded Kursk and the Ukrainians are now being pushed out.
