They said on German tv that the witnesses gave contradicting descriptions, probably because they were in shock. And some have not been able to speak at all. Hopefully they'll get a good description and/or photos/videos soon.

There are several possibilities:
1. The Police has a description of the attacker they are confident of being true and they don't share because of
1a to give the attacker a false sense of security
1b there are currently not enough capacities to investigate the flood of (mostly false) sightings.
1c they are investigating if there is a network behind the attacker which location is known
1d many more

I doubt that as your comment suggests they are not allowed to share a description because it's an attacker from a certain group which is protected from some invisible force. The German police hasn't been shy to point to an Middle Eastern suspect in the past even if there was as in 2. Not coherent description of the perpetrator

Actually, this is not true, at least Gulf countries have next to no street crime, despite having vast numbers of immigrants. This is because their governments control immigration and street crime with an iron fist. They lost 2 world wars and their cities were completey obliterated , their "warriors" ran away in hiding , killed themselves and their families like cowards and everyone i know in Europe laughs about that . They targeted millions of the vulnerable and defenceless and got completely destroyed by actual warriors . So that's the last 150 years and they've became even more pathetic ever since .
